At Calming Wind Counseling Services our licensed mental health professionals create a safe and supporting environment to allow for healing and growth through therapeutic discussion, activities, and more. We work with you to identify a counselor that will be the right fit for you so that you have the best chance for growth, and a positive therapy experience.

Therapy sessions are available in varying lengths including 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 60 minutes. Session lengths may vary based on your individualized treatment plan, insurance coverage, or personal preference.

Individual therapy can be done either in person or online through a HIPAA secure telehealth platform and can include work on the following areas of concern:​
