Tiffany Tait is a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Tiffany has experience with adolescents with Autism, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, emotional disorders, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Tiffany has experience supporting adolescents in residential therapeutic treatment, in private day school, and in public school settings.
Tiffany utilizes a trauma-informed approach and promotes a growth mindset by meeting her client where they are and focusing on her client’s strengths. Tiffany’s theoretical orientation is anchored in Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Developmental Theory.
