Jordan Dimmick is a Resident in Counseling with experience working with a wide range of adolescents and adults on mental health concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Jordan primarily has practice working with individual clients, and is happy to provide services to family and Jordan often emphasizes the importance of balancing immediate stressors while also addressing any long-term concerns that may be impacting the client’s overall mental health.

Treatment Modalities
Jordan’s primary treatment modality is person-centered, as he believes it is crucial in counseling to meet the client where they are at. By utilizing techniques and theories from approaches such as CBT, TF-CBT ACT, and IPT based on the client’s needs, Jordan aims to provide a session experience that is tailored to both the client and the concerns that the client discusses in session.
