Meredith Adams, Resident

Meredith Adams is an animal lover at heart who is originally from North Miami Beach, FL. She genuinely believes that everyone has a purpose, even if they haven’t yet discovered it. Meredith utilizes a client centered, positive psychology, and strengths-based philosophy when working with clients. She strives to help clients make the most of their life situations and find their meaning.


Meredith’s clinical experience has led to specializing in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma/PTSD, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and career changes. She enjoys working with young adults, adults, and seniors.

Treatment Modalities

Meredith utilizes a variety of evidence-based practices to support her clients including: motivational interviewing, mindfulness based interventions, positive psychology, logotherapy, a strengths based perspective, and a humanistic approach. Meredith will work to empower you to find meaning in what you are going through, foster resilience, work with the skills you already possess, and develop new tools to help you build a brighter tomorrow.
