Cortney Zeigler Ugalde is from a small town in western New York state. Cortney utilizes her dedication to meet the needs of others through her daily work ethic. Cortney engages clients in conversation that both provides empathy and challenges negative thoughts and beliefs in order to elicit change through the development of more positive thoughts and beliefs.
Cortney is a passionate and motivated person centered therapist who pulls from the strengths of relationships to help clients’ develop motivation, and coping skills through the use of person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Cortney’s clinical experience working in group emergency foster care and community based mental health agencies has helped strengthen her passion for helping others develop respectful and caring relationships with each other.

Cortney enjoys working with individuals, couples, groups, and families.
