Sarne Branch, SISW

Hello! I'm Sarne, a Supervisee in Social Work with a passion supporting individuals that struggle with some complex life stressors, negative thoughts and feelings, and needing someone to talk to without fear of judgement. I am invested in the mental health of individuals from all walks of life. I am particularly interested in adolescents and adults navigating challenges in life.

Together we can identify patterns of behaviors interfering in your daily functioning, discuss and process past and present trauma, family dynamics, relationships, communication and reinforcing the skills and tools that can effectively alter these patterns of behaviors.

My personal experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by diverse communities. I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, empathetic space for individuals to explore their mental health and well-being. I believe in a client-centered approach, moving at your pace, encouraging an active role in your own healing journey where we work together to set and achieve your identified personal goals toward improving your emotional well-being and personal growth.

I'm deeply committed to breaking down barriers to mental health services for underserved communities. My goal is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their background, sexual orientation or gender identity, has access to the support they need. Let’s talk about beginning your journey toward a brighter, more empowered future. I'm here to help and support you to take the first step.
